Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated. I think something is not set correctly on my PC, as I have successfully run this same executable in the past on other XP environments. I'm getting the error 'Template Builder Installer Failed: Unexpected Error' when I try to install BIPUB_DESKTOP10.1.3.2B3.exe.
